The PADI Open Water Diver course teaches student divers knowledge and skills they need to dive with a buddy, independent of supervision. As a certified PADI Open Water Diver you will dive within the limits of their training and experience. PADI Open Water Divers is qualified to obtain air fills, scuba equipment and other diving services, plan, conduct and log open water dives and continue their dive training with a specialty dive.
